Catch Can Kit, PCV, 15-20 F150 and Raptor EcoBoost V6, Fluid Lock

This kit is compatible with the 2015-2022 3.5L EcoBoost V6 powered Ford Raptor and F-150 (4WD and 2WD).

Radium Engineering catch can kits are the most functional and integrated kits on the market. All application-specific Radium oil catch can kits feature our 8oz billet aluminum catch can with patented Fluid Lock® technology that traps collected oil in the catch can and prevents it from dumping back in to the intake stream.

The catch can mounts using factory studs on the firewall with a specially designed bracket and still allows easy access to the oil dip stick. This PCV side oil catch can interfaces with the PCV hose to trap liquid contaminants before they make their way to the intake manifold.  Closed loop systems like this one remove the oil and sludge from the PCV gasses before it is routed to the engine to be burned. A closed loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin. The dipsticks built into the catch can allows easy inspection of accumulated fluid. No cutting, drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle is required.
